Southern AI Systems uses text messaging to confirm appointments, follow up on jobs, and answer questions for the businesses we build agents for, and for people who reach out to us directly. Here's how that works.

The program
By providing your phone number and opting in — through a web form, a phone call, or a conversation with one of our agents — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Southern AI Systems and, where applicable, from the business whose agent we built. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, booking follow-up, job status updates, payment reminders, and replies to questions you send us.
Message frequency variesFrequency depends on your interaction with the business — a booking might trigger one confirmation and one reminder, while an active conversation could involve several messages a day.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Southern AI Systems is not responsible for carrier charges related to text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been opted out, and no further texts will be sent. You can also opt back in at any time by texting START, or by asking us directly.
